Winter Wheat Variety Response to Flag Leaf Foliar Fungicide Application in 2019–2020

چکیده
Foliar fungicide can be an important tool in improving wheat yields, but its effectiveness is season- and variety-dependent. To evaluate the yield, test weight, protein responses of different commercial winter varieties to one foliar application around heading, we conducted a trial combining four two management treatments Manhattan during 2019–2020. The control treatment consisted no application, alternative 5 oz/a Absolute Maxx + NIS applied at heading. Varieties evaluated were Bob Dole, Larry, WB4269, Zenda. study was under no-tillage practices following previous soybean crop. Grain yield across averaged 47.8 bushels per acre 51.3 bu/a treatment. Zenda highest yielding variety (51.3 bu/a), followed by Larry (48.9 WB4269 Dole (~45.5 bu/a). statistical analysis suggested that all responded similarly hypothesize this because did not have enough observations build power. weight concentration only impacted showed effect (both usually greater as compared or WB4269). These results suggest increase due result dilution, likely extended period for nitrogen (N) uptake remobilization into grain. Further research needed statistically detect significant differences among their response fungicide.

Leaf Area Index in Winter Wheat: Response on Seed Rate and Nitrogen Application by Different Varieties
The most important photosynthesis acceptor – leaf area vary among cultivation measures and it is limited factor for creating exact growth models in common winter wheat. The objective of this study was to investigate changes of leaf area index (LAI) affected by agricultural treatments – 4 sowing rates and 9 nitrogen treatments based on fertilising rates, target values based on soil mineral nitro...

1.1. QCoh on a stack. We know that QCoh forms a stack, i.e., sheaf of groupoids, over Schfpqc(S) for any scheme S. Thus if we have an fpqc sheaf of groupoids X over S, we can define QCoh(X ) as maps of sheaves X → QCoh on Schfpqc(S). By 2-Yoneda, this definition agrees with the usual notion of quasicoherent sheaves if X is a scheme. For various other (usually equivalent) definitions in the case...

Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Due to the lack of micronutrient elements and the urgent need for biofortification in important and strategic plants in the nutrition of human society such as wheat, it is necessary to evaluate any strategy to optimize the quality and production of this product. This has led researchers to investigate the effect of foliar application of zinc and ir...
متن کاملThe Response of Winter Wheat to Flooding
The effect of flooding can be a serious problem for wheat farmers, even at dry land condition. Amount of flooding damage depends on duration flooding, developmental stage, wheat type and variety. Therefore as a factorial experiment in randomized complete design based on winter bread wheat cultivars (Pishtaz, Marvdasht, Shiraz, Zarin, Shahriar, C-81-4, Sardari, Agosta seed, FGS and Azar2) at sta...
متن کاملMultiple mid-Atlantic field experiments show no economic benefit to fungicide application when fungal disease is absent in winter wheat.
Strobilurin fungicides produce intensified greening and delayed senescence in plants, and have been claimed to enhance yields of field crops in the absence of disease. To help evaluate this claim, available publicly sponsored tests of fungicides on soft red winter wheat in Virginia and North Carolina (n = 42) were analyzed for the period 1994 to 2010. All tests were replicated and had a randomi...
